1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major US holidays) after we receive your order.

2. Shipping Time and Delivery
After processing, please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery. Shipping times are estimates and begin from the date the shipment is picked up by the carrier, not from the order date. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

3. Shipping Rates
We offer straightforward shipping rates based on your order total:

Standard Shipping (7-10 business days):

Orders under $79.99: $10.00 shipping fee.

Orders of $80.00 or more: FREE shipping.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse. You can use this tracking number on the carrier's website to follow your delivery progress.

5. Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you. Re-shipping will require an additional shipping fee.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages
KidsZoo is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. Please contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim using the provided tracking number. However, we are committed to helping you resolve the issue and will provide any necessary assistance throughout the process.

As we ship only within the continental United States, orders are not subject to customs fees or import duties.
